Directions

• The class studies about insects in the classroom.

• The teacher may decide to assign specific insects or allow the student to choose their own insect.

• The students read, explore, and write about the insect. This website has some insect resources in the Kids-Busy Bee section.
  

• Publish the writing and other art work that the  students produce such as, "All About Insects" books and art work.

• The work is then shared via scanned pictures, and/or videos.

•  If districts permit; video presentations are used to share.
  The participants get support via emails along with support links to outside resources for any needed technology on -how to be able to share.
  
  • To Culminate, the teachers will be able to work with the project manager to upload their students' work in the gallery section of this website and print a editable Certificate of participation for their students.

Tools needed....

This will be used to scan and upload the students' written work to a computer.

A smart phone may be used to capture images of students' work, and/or students' presentation.
